VIP Gold means that our office will design a unique itinerary for you, and one of our personal guides will be on hand to offer top quality, personalized service throughout your stay in Whistler. Gold Service is designed for guests who are looking for continued support while they are relaxing and enjoying themselves in Whistler. We will take all the hassles out of planning prior to arrival, offer an extensive meet & greet and private fitting services upon arrival to make sure your group is set, and deliver continued service throughout your stay.

Services Include:

  • Unlimited correspondence with our office prior to arrival to arrange all logistics such as lift tickets, ski school, dinner reservations, private airport transfers, activities, etc.

  • Extended meet & greet and resort orientation upon arrival

  • Grocery delivery upon arrival and top-ups throughout the stay

  • Resort shuttles throughout the stay (8:00am-8:00pm)

  • Private in-house/in-suite equipment fitting

  • Personally-selected ski instructors and personal help getting signed in for ski school on first day

  • VIP entrance into nightclubs

  • Access to senior servers and best tables at all restaurants

  • Daily visits from our guide to answer questions, suggest fun things to do and make any necessary changes to your itinerary
