You'll enter the property on the top floor through either the front door or the double garage, where you'll discover a cloakroom and the master bedroom. Moving down to the mid-level, you'll be welcomed by the primary living area, featuring a lounge, dining room, kitchen, and a spacious deck, along with another bedroom. Descending to the lowest level, you'll find the two remaining bedrooms and laundry facilities.

The living area boasts vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The open-plan layout and roomy kitchen create an ideal setting for entertaining, and the large deck is a perfect place to unwind in the evening. It includes a BBQ and seating area for alfresco dining, as well as an expansive eight-person hot tub. The cozy lounge area, complete with a gas fireplace, is equipped with a large projector for your relaxation, allowing you to snuggle up after a day on the slopes or even enjoy your favorite TV show from the hot tub on the deck.

The four bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom, are thoughtfully spread throughout the property, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. In the garage, there's space for two larger cars, as well as storage for ski equipment and ski boot and glove heaters. An additional walk-in closet can be found in the entryway for all your extra gear. Additionally, there's private parking available in the driveway for two more cars.
